Client: BMAC
Expertise: Industrial Equipment Design, Modular System Engineering, DTF/DTG Printer Support Hardware, Reliability Engineering
BMAC set out to solve a persistent problem in the DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing market: a lack of durable, serviceable, and supported shaker/dryer systems. Existing units were unreliable, hard to repair, and offered minimal customer support—leaving print shop operators scrambling for workarounds when equipment failed during production runs.
BMAC wanted to build a solution from the ground up, one that would deliver long-term performance, easy servicing, and industry-leading support—all while staying modular and affordable to ship.
SOENCO partnered with BMAC to develop a high-performance shaker/dryer system engineered for the real-world demands of print shops. From the start, the focus was on serviceability, reliability, and scalability—balancing robust industrial design with user-friendly operation and maintenance.
Key areas of development included:
Throughout development, we worked directly with BMAC to align the product with their “wishlist” of performance and usability features—translating operational frustrations into smart engineering solutions.
The finished product, the BMAC Super Shaker, is a commercial-grade shaker/dryer unit purpose-built for the DTF printing market. Designed and assembled in the USA, it’s the only system of its kind.
Key Features:
By combining smart mechanical design, field-focused usability, and fail-safe serviceability, SOENCO helped BMAC bring a product to market that directly answers the needs of professional print shops. With its modular build and plug-and-play service model, the Super Shaker shifts the focus from maintenance back to production—freeing up operators to print, not troubleshoot.
This project highlights SOENCO’s strengths in industrial product development, modular engineering, and hardware systems built for reliability—especially in industries where uptime is critical and service delays are costly.
