Southwest Engineering Concepts (SOENCO) is a full-service product design and engineering firm based in Chandler, Arizona, serving clients across North America. Founded by Greg Mills, an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in product development, SOENCO specializes in taking ideas from concept to market — whether for early-stage startups or Fortune 500 companies.

Our team brings multidisciplinary expertise across consumer, industrial, aerospace, and medical sectors, combining deep engineering knowledge with hands-on manufacturing and prototyping experience. Over the past two decades, we've helped launch more than 80 successful client projects, many of which have led to long-term partnerships and repeat collaborations.

I brought a very difficult prosthetic project to Greg and his son. Specifically, an "Artificially Intelligent Socket" for an artificial limb, and they knocked it out of the park!
